King Island Staff Acommedation

This project presented both challenges and exciting opportunities for a staff accommodation development in the King Island bush area. The site posed several limitations, including council zoning and land use restrictions, bushfire hazards, and sustainability considerations. Despite these constraints, we collaborated closely with our expert consulting team—ERA Planning & Environment and GEO-Environmental Solutions—to navigate the complex approval process. Their expertise ensured that we obtained the necessary planning permits smoothly and without complications.

We’re excited about the prospect of completing this unique project and are confident that it will meet both the practical needs of staff accommodation and the environmental requirements of the area.
